One of the largest regeneration schemes in Milan’s recent history, this 43-hectare development comprises three residential districts by signature architects, offices, retail space and a museum. The 17-hectare public park is designed to evoke the landscape of Lombardy. The sustainable design includes characteristic Lombardy flora and landscape forms, including new woodland areas enriching Milan’s ecological corridor.

The landscape concept creates sculptural ‘pleats’ which shape, connect and define the development, intensifying towards its high-rise centre. Key elements include ‘Belvedere Pergola Garden’, a multi-functional space for hosting events, and a natural amphitheatre, providing picnic space and informal seating for outdoor performances. The green masterplan connects the new development with its wider urban context, linking into transport routes to make the new park accessible to all.
